SplitEmail is an email add-on that allow an email sender to mark some parts of message as 'Confidential' or 'Highlighted' for specific recipients.

Confidential content will be visible only for persons designated to receive it, other recipients of the mail won't see it at all.

Highlighted parts are visible to everyone, but for selected recipients the text appears highlighted in color. All other recipients will see only plain text.

SplitEmail creates a separate email for each recipient of the original mail combining parts that should be visible to everyone with confidential parts for particular recipient. The recipient is not required to download any software to view the personalized message.

Enables the sender to create a single email for multiple recipients and high light specific sections for particular individuals. The Highlighted content is visible to everyone, but for selected recipients it appears highlighted in color. All other recipients will only see plain text. SplitEmail
Enables you to create a single email for multiple recipients and -
·      strips irrelevant or confidential sections of the message from the copy sent to all but the designated recipients.
·      closes up the remaining content of the email to remove white space, adjusts the circulation list on each mail sent recipient basis.
·      The email addresses of general recipients are removed from copies that carry confidential content. This prevents accidental forwarding of confidential content by use of a ‘reply to all’ response.

Confidential parts will only be visible for designated recipients, other recipients of the mail won't see it at all.


Free reader software is also available for download that will scan mail before sending, replying or forwarding and offer the user a dialogue to select removal or retention of confidential content.
