Split Email, and Email Hilighter from Vital Inc bring you an easy to use method of improving your communications.

The product allows you to write a single email for several recipients and enable you to personalize the content for specific individuals.

The products are an email add-on that allows the sender to highlight or mark as private parts of the message for particular recipients.

Confidential content will be visible only to the recipients designated to receive it. Other recipients of the same mail email do not see it at all.

Highlighted content is visible to everyone, but for the designated recipients it will appear as highlighted in color. Other recipients see only plain text.

SplitEmail sends separate emails to each recipient combining parts that are designated as visible to everyone with confidential parts designated for particular individuals. The recipient is not required to download any software to view the personalized message.


How Does It Work?

SplitEmail is ridiculously simple to use. If you can mark text using your mouse, you can use SplitEmail.

1.   Hilight the text using the left mouse button of your mouse.

2.   Assign recipients to this marked text by clicking on "Mark Private" or "Hilight" icons depending on whether you want to mark the text as confidential or just want to emphasize it for selected recipients.

3.   Press the Send key.

That is really it !!
